3629373715?profile=RESIZE_710xRead any good business related books this month? And got any books on your list of things to read during October? :-)

I created a free Facebook group a few months ago - for sharing and discussing books that everyone is reading at the moment! You can join the group and say hello at:

  • Thank you Helen and Debbie - both books sound interesting. :-)
  • I’m re-reading The Barcelona Way because I love the focus on values and behaviour
  • No business books this month, just 3 very light reading ones - Culloden, Hezbollah and The Killing Fields of Scotland!
    • Thanks Andrew - wonder which books Jack Bauer is reading at the moment? :-)
      • Now you know that with only 24 hours to save the world, Jack doesn't have too much time for reading!
  • Thank you Tom, James and Jessie - sound like an interesting (and varied) selection of books. :-)
  • Interested to hear other people's recommendations. I am just about to start "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" which I have heard rave reviews about. Will report back!
  • I have two on my bedside cabinet at the moment:

    • Sergei Lukyanenko - New Watch
    • Donald Miller - Building a Storybrand

Both completely different but both most excellent.
  • I just finished David Goggins book - I recommend it!
  • What a great idea Simon, Legacy by James Kerr has been a really good read. Now that it is rugby world cup time even more appropriate to read.

Performance is so important in my line of work and how teams actually work together is so essential to business success.
The best for me is the audio version was a bonus as I can listen while on the road.

I will certainly join your FB group.

    Thanks Tess
