  • Hi everyone. I'm Steve Johnson and I created Paratus Commercial Services Ltd to support businesses who can sometimes find the commmercial and contractual challenges they face from customers or suppliers a burden or blocker to doing business. Sometimes experiencing the arguably worse scenario of signig up to a customers T&Cs to avoid the chance of upsetting them and potentially losing any chance of future business, only to find themselves tied up in knots and carrying all the risk.

The name Paratus comes from the Latin 'prepared/ready'. From our one day commercial awarenes workshop 'Unlocking Your Commercial & Contractual Potential' where where we share the tricks, tips, pitfalls and slips to help navigate the road to commercial success, through to ongoing support as required with a phone call or more detailed assistance with something if required. We want to help get people 'ready/prepared' and know that many of you out there can help us too so it's definitely a mutual thing.

Anyway, thanks for letting me join and I'm looking forward to exciting times ahead
