One thing is very clear. As we all re-start what will be called "normal business activity", many of us will struggle for a while. Rebuilding revenue streams, resuming former plans and activity will all have to take into account that our exisiting customers, and their customers, may very well be in the same boat. I consider myself very fortunate to work with great partners whose systems allow me to continue to work safely and remotely - "normal business activity" will contain more videoconferencing, but I'll be happy to speak with people face to face again, once it's allowed.
