Apparently today is āBlue Monday,ā now I donāt agree with giving a day a label especially a negative one.
My top tip for beating the blues (any day of the week)is to get outside and get some fresh air and vitamin D. Even if itās only for a 20 minute walk you will feel much better for it. š¶š¼āāļø

Great post Siobhan! Being aware of the news but not bingeing or fixating on the news is something I'd recommend. Plus golf (obviously!)

Aberdeen at it's best with that sky :-) I agree, labelling things especially in negative way can be self fulfilling.Ā Even for someone who is naturally an optimist, I cannot deny that Covid has tested me, but I am nevertheless feeling positive today - thanks in part to some interesting work coming my way but also because of this beautiful clear sky. The weather makes such a difference so hope everyone has found reason to smile today :-)Ā
