I've recently re-started everyday use of the Headspace app - an accessible form of mindfulness meditation. When I started the journey of using it about 3 years ago I thought it was all about taking the opportunity for calm serenity, reflection & focus for 10 minutes or so a day. Now I've become to realise it's about so much more. Being mindful & thinking about 'living in the moment' is about the everyday as much as the bigger picture. This week I've felt the benefit at work, with more focus, more positive conversations & being able to spend time on the right things to make time down the line. I've felt much more self-aware. How do you take a mindful approach at work?
