  • Ask them anything you want - if you have an idea to run past them, they'll let you know what they think. Or, if you want help promoting a media post etc, ask them to like, share and comment.

If you are looking to target a specific business or sector, see if any of the group have connections with the right people on LinkedIn or ABN etc, then ask for a specific intro - I am sure they will help if they can

  • Hi Joanna,  Always try to ask for something specific or a meeting with somebody in the group to see if there is a synergy there.

  • You've got this, Joanna! But my experience has been...try to look at it from the perspective of your fellow members. If you're very specific and you give them something clear to understand and straightforward to do, you're more likely to get a positive response. That includes engaging with a particular social media post, introduction requests to specific companies or profile of company/business owner, feedback on ideas, supplier recommendations, etc. Hope that helps!

  • Hey! I would say ask for a specific company or profile (start ups etc), sometimes I ask for engagment on my social media posts to give them so more visibility. Hope that helps. :)

    • That is a good idea, Siobhan
