Client Onboarding

I'm seeking some assistance with the IT / Digital Marketing side of my client onboarding process.

From Initial prospect enquiry via my website or other medium >

> Client fact finding form being issued and returned (electronically) >

> Initial Meeting >

> Follow Up >

> Prospect signs up as a client

I want to track this and automate the process where possible.

Any IT / Digital Marketing guru's please feel free to get in touch.

Thanks,

  •  Hi Mike,

Thanks for the input.  That's roughly what I'm trying to get to but possibly using Microsoft products rather than Google.  I'll follow up with you in the next couple of days.

    • Ah, ok, never had experience with doing this with MS products but I'm sure you would be able to. Do you already have an email marking tool account such as Mailchimp?

Email me - mike@mikewatson.co.uk if you need.

      • Thanks Mike.  Will be in touch.

  • Hi Neil, without knowing that much about your business I think a simple process could be -

    1. Embed an email marketing from into your site so you capture their email address and set up a marketing automation sequence,

    2. Once they subscribe you can automatically send a link to a google docs form which is your data gathering tool which they then complete.

    3. When they complete this form it automatically saves the data in a google docs spreadsheet.

    4. You can then add your own data to this spreadsheet relating to followup dates and outcomes / win/loose, etc

5 If this was working for you, you could look to automating the follow-up procedure more by sending reminder emails depending on what action they have taken or not.

So if they didn't fill in the form, you could send a reminder automatically, etc

You need to start using available tools and developing the system as you go, once you know how it is working.

Eventually, you could look at adding the data to a CRM system.

Happy to talk about this more if you need, and I can help develop this for you fairly easily.

    Thanks
