Did someone say dough?

Andrew's mention of dough in his newsletter reminded me of a different kind of dough - the one used in baking!

And if anyone has any baking planned this weekend, I released my new product a few months ago, which helps you keep all your recipes and notes in one place, so they are easy to refer to (can convert US cup measurements too - saving a lot of Google searching). And its available for FREE (yes, really, no expiry dates and you don't even need to enter an e-mail address or anything like that): https://www.libraryplayer.co.uk/2020/06/pittrecipes.html

Do you or your business offer any free items - e.g. free resources, free trials, downloads, etc.?

  • This is a great resource, Simon. I use a lot of online recipes, only to never be able to find them again. I became quite the cupcake connoisseur in lockdown, but I've had to press pause on baking as I'm cup-caked out!

    • Thanks Hannah!

Do you have any photos of any of the cupcakes you made during lockdown?

Cupcakes are probably the one thing I haven't made this year - cupcakes in the photo are ones I made for mothers day a few years ago. :-)

  • Hi Simon, love the idea ..... however am trying my very best NOT to bake anything at the moment to counteract the effects of ‘comfort’ eating during lockdown! I’m carrying enough extra ‘dough’ about my person!😳😂😂

  • I like your style, Simon. Good post!
