Did you know Spotlight - Keeping it Real, turned 1 last week Friday, and we celebrated with Stacy Edghill who was my guest. Did you hear the show?

I am a volunteer host on SHMU FM and I get to interview whoever I want to, it has been an incredible year. We've had Andrew on as a guest, Carmen, Marsha and Umpteen charities and it's been really good to get to know everyone in this rather uncomfortable setting. We all find new things challenging, some more than others. So many laughs and well, what happens in the studio stays in the studio, my lips are sealed.

I work with people all the time, and I am interested in learning how we do things, how we communicate and also the stories we have to tell. I haven't had a guest yet who didn't share something that I know has made a difference to someone listening in. I have a really interesting and varied line up for the next few months, I hope you get a chance to listen in and see how each week I might just be a little better than before.
