GEF Globe Run raises £5,808

Thank you to everyone who took part and supported our virtual 5k - the first in a series of GEF Globe Runs kindly sponsored by MDT International and prosource.IT.

435 runners and walkers from 21 different countries across 6 continents raised an incredible £5,508!

Full results of the 5k and information about the second Globe Run of the series (a 1 mile run/walk) can be found at the below link.  We hope you like the look of the stopwatch style medal which symbolises the first ever sub 4 minute mile by Roger Bannister back in 1954.  I wonder if Andrew Smith will be targeting Gideon Gathimba's personal best of 3 minutes 50 seconds? ;)
