GGrrr Social media video issue

Hey ABN,  having spent too long recording a video today and then fighting to get the subtitles to work out right (just spotted another error )3837733249?profile=RESIZE_710x

I'm looking for help,  ideally I would like to have a mobile app that can record (and allow subtitle editing) on the go.

Worse case, I would record on my mobile then using my computer, use a website for the subtitles

Looking for some hints and tips please with some suggestions in the best mobile and pc solutions that will make, making social content easier 

And of course FREE would be music to my ears lol
