Healthy Learning Habits

Trying to get the kids back into a routine now they are back at school and came across this.

Does this apply for working from home as well, now that so many of us are having to do it!

Which habit do you need to work on?

Think I've been failing on the last one for the last few months!!

  • Well if you can tick all those boxes you are probably the model student!

  • Keith... if I could crack 'Stay organised' I'd be laughing😂

  • Thanks for sharing some good reminders for both study and work, im finding that working from home allows me to eat better rather than just intending to eat better, ie - leaving said healthy lunch in the fridge at home :-)

    • I'm the opposite! Too many temptations in the fridge / cupboard :)

      • Yes that was an issue for a start - I had to carefully reconsider the contents of my weekly shop to avoid that issue!

        • I agree, I have more time to prepare better food now but the shopping with a mask on does mean I'm probably buying less fresh food now because I'm there less often.  However, soups are a great way to get in the veg and very easy to make!

  • My school report card would say......Must Do Better Next Term!

So easy to fall out of good habits.

  • Eating at non-normal times seems to be my biggest issue.  Work wise, its been the lack of direct interaction with others and all that goes with that.

  • I think I need to make an appointment with the Tutor Doctor!

  • For me its having the distraction free study space... thanks for sharing, have now popped my phone away in a drawer.
