How Do You Track Customers

Hi All

 

Over the past few months, I have been speaking to quite a few clients about how they track their customers.

 

Some have said through Microsoft Dynamics, but find it too high level and time consuing for what they need it for.

Some have put an online based one, which they used a little at the beginning, but cant remember the last time they logged in.

Some use a spreadsheet but the more they use it the more unorgsanised it looks.

Some dont have anything at all in place or have scraps of paper all over.

 

What do you use?...What works well for you?...Any frustrations?
