Afternoon ABN,
After attending an event on our mind and our thoughts I found out today that we have over 60,000 thoughts per day, Scarily of those 60,000 thoughts 90% are negative and 95% are the same thoughts as we had the previous day! I can agree with the 95% judging by my jobs list and what keeps carrying over( Andrew I promise to post more frequently this year) so to conbat my 90% negative thoughts lets hear some interesting(and positive) facts taht you have :)

Hi Iain, Your post does make lots of sense and is definetley something I'll be working on this year....positive vibes brings positive results! I have recently returned to the business world after having an extended maternity leave (actually got made redundant while pregnant but that bit of it is too negative...back to the positive) so i'm kind of new again to ABN community but looking forward to meeting all of you at up coming events.

Hi Iain, Yes everything does happen for a reason and what is for me will not go by me...I won't let it anyway :)
