  • Thanks for sharing Aileen Uwins this is so important at anytime but none more so than right now.

In lockdown we hosted a series of zoom support sessions with our staff to check in on everyone. We often used a number scale to enquire how everyone was without asking directly e.g. 10 fantastic day on top of the world down to 1, dont ask.......

One similar option I noticed recently was which Mr/Miss Men are you today? Mr Grumpy, Little miss Sunshine ect, light hearted but also showing we are always thinkning about one another.

  • Thank you for sharing this Aileen, I had no idea and you're right, this year its more important than ever to raise awareness. And to anyone reading - how are you?!

    • Hi Jessie, thank you all good hear and adapted to the new working norm!!

      Take care,

      Aileen
