Jellyfish is the new apple ...

In search of new food options, apparently jellyfish are like apples from an apple tree – and seem to be renewable and low in calories too! The real question is, would you consider eating jellyfish? And check out the marine biologist in her loungewear doing the interview in a very relaxed fashion too!

  • Interesting, although her description of the texture being like cucumber and a rubber band doesn't quite do it for me!

    • I know Lynn Batham I think she could have described it in a more positive way! 😅

  • Interesting! definitely a no from me too, I'll stick to apples :)

    • It does sound like a step too far doesn't Nicola Currie especially when you see them washed up on Aberdeen beach! 😁

  • It would have to be a no for me, would you?

    • I'm with Andrew Smith and would give it a go if I'd had a couple of drinks to give me Dutch courage! 🤣

  •  I think I'd need alot of persuading - or some drinks! - to eat jellyfish! Maybe with chips??

    • I think chips would be a good match Andrew Smith and maybe pair it with a cheeky glass of Pinot Grigio to help wash it down?! I guess we shouldn't knock it until we have tried it 🤨
