The Modern Marketing Meetups are free, monthly gatherings in Aberdeen. Anyone with an interest in the latest marketing insights, tips, tricks and techniques (so everyone, right?) is welcome.
However, I'm aware that I got a bit trigger happy with Eventbrite and several wonderful people have pointed our that the dates were a bit of a mess.
As such, I can *confirm* that as per what I say and *not* necessarily what I do (though Eventbrite has now been updated), the regular #mmmeetups are indeed on the last Thursday of every month (with the one exception of December, as I think even the most devout might struggle to swing Boxing Day...)
So the dates are:
August 29th
September 26th
October 31st (wonder what the theme will be...)
November 28th
December 19th
Starting at 05.30pm, with talks between 06.00pm - 07.00pm and networking and drinks till 09.00pm or whenever you have to go home...
Having "sold out" three times in a row, we've increased the reserved space allocation to 100 on Eventbrite. However believe it or not, walk-ins *are* welcome and the day we max out Siberia will be the day we can all sit back and say "good job, Aberdeen".
