Baked cheesecake of just about any flavour..... Might now make one for the weekend

I love any type and flavour of baked cheesecake. But the most tasty I've ever had was in Japan, and simply called, wait for it..... Japanese Cheesecake.
I found a recipe and tried it on a few occasions and it was really good. If anyone is wondering what it's like - think New York style cheesecake but even creamier and not so hard set....
All this writing about it makes me want to make one tonight.
