Inspire works to enrich the life choices of adults and young people with learning disabilities and additional support needs, including autism.
We have worked alongside Inspire for a while here at ABN, our training events usually take place at their headquarters at Beach Boulevard! The team are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the work they do. It's more than a job!
As an early pioneer of person-centred planning in the North East of Scotland, Inspire recognise that time is needed to understand each person as a unique individual. By working with the person and their family, friends and others who support them, a suitable plan can be made. This approach recognises that each person has their own gifts, talents, routines, interests, needs and wishes – and most importantly - empowers the person being supported to make life choices based on what is important to them.
