So apparently this is too close to the world famous T-Mobile 'T' icon.

It's nothing like it, but our IP lawyers have dealt with them before and say it's not possible to win this fight. I guess the SureVoIP Talk app should really use our core icon anyway https://trademarks.ipo.gov.uk/ipo-tmcase/page/Results/1/UK00002644246

Ah T-mobile, that company that merged with Orange (which is a totally different company in France, same brand though) and became EE. Then got bought by BT in the biggest-tech-deal-I-ever-missed.

How unlikely that you'd find proximity to that! I mean also...does it look remotely similar?
