Virtual 5k run/walk with a cool medal!

We are excited to launch our first GEF Globe Run - a door-to-door virtual 5k which will see runners from all over the world unite during the COVID-19 crisis

Every finisher receives a unique Kenya flag medal and at the same time ensures one of the families we support have 4 days worth of food and essential items during the COVID-19 situation.

Hi everyone , great idea Gathima's globe run , give you a focus and extends those of us who have not been doing exercise for some time !! so yes we all made in with the old boy taking up the rear, round of applause from the two early finshers at the finish in Sauchen , roll on the next one Myles
