IWM Communications are now recruiting for a Webchat Sales Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, sales-driven person with a proven track record in sales to manage the IWM Communications webchat function.
This is a newly created position which means that the right person will be able to shape their role and put processes and procedures in place that work for them and their team and that ultimately help in the evolution of IWM Communications into a multi-channel retailer.
We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results through building a dynamic, inspired and confident team. We want our sales teams to feel empowered and able to make their own decisions driven by an engaging manager.
You will be responsible for the training, development and coaching of an established team as well as having full autonomy for any recruitment that may be required going forward.
