An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Payroll Administrator within our Payroll Bureau in Dundee. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, remote working will be required for the foreseeable future.

You will be working within a team of 10 who look after payroll and auto-enrolment for around 500 clients. As part of the team, you will be responsible for processing a range of weekly, four weekly and monthly payrolls whilst providing a first-class service to our clients.

  • Thanks for the messages below.  We have been extremely fortuante during Covid/lockdown period, in that we have been able to work throughout, albeit with some issues, and the use of the furlough scheme to help retain people that may not have been able to work from home, or without childcare etc.

    It hasn't all been plain sailing, but it does feel as though we are coming out this in a good position to kick on.

    We have even managed to take on 8 graduate students (3 in tax and 5 within audit and accounts), as originally planned, and without deferring their start dates.  Starting a new job remotely might be a bit weird for them, but I am sure they will make the most of it.
