Here we are at the start of week 8 in lockdown... how are we all holding up?
It's all go at IWM Headquarters (a desk set up in the corner of my living room!) We received the fantastic news that one of our Sales Advisors in Perth, Emma Henderson, has progressed to the Regional Stage of Shop Idol with a Mystery Shop score of 100% - huge congratulations must go to Emma!
Last week we also issued our first ever company newsletter - when's the perfect time to start a newsletter? When the stores are closed and we have no news of course!
