  • These are just simple and amazong tips that can really help. it would not feel like you are doing much. i like the do not ban foods. i have tried that many times and i keep falling back. i guess the key will be moderation right Siobhan

    So what food/drinks are high in protein then?

    • High protein foods would be dairy, meat, fish, eggs & beans. Drink wise you would be looking at milk or protein powders are a really quick cheap way to hit a protein target.

    I was asked yesterday what I'd be giving up for Lent - I said dieting.

    I think they thought I was being awkward, but I meant it. No more dieting, just a proper diet with treats in a balanced amount.
