Lots of parents and carers have found that working from home during lockdown (for all the stresses and strains it has brought with it ) has been a real help with managing a lot of the day-to-day of family life and are hoping to be able to continue with some sort of flexible working beyond the pandemic. I think we will see a lot more flexible working after this, I already know a couple of comapnies that will be doing this.
