What changes when you reach 13?

This week my business turns 13! It's made me think about what I thought it would be like when I first started and the journey I have had along the way. If I knew then what I know now, would I still have started it? YES, without hesitation! It has been the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, but I haven't regretted it. I have learnt so much along the way and feel so proud of what has been achieved.

Is your business in its teens? What do you think changes as businesses hit this sort of milestone?
