We're all going through a huge range of emotions because of where we all are with what's happening with the virus. When you’re angry, how do you calm down? Are you having to work as virtual teams now? So how can you calm down with colleagues in the workplace?

    always lovely to read your posts. Very informative. Music does it for me. Wierd. Lol. I can listen to some music or just remove myself from the situation.

    • Thanks for commenting Ola and I'm glad you are finding the posts helpful. I agree with you about the power of music. It's a great way to influence our mood, whether it's an upbeat tune to lift our spirits, high tempo piece to motivate our exercises or something slower to calm a busy mind!

      It's good to have a coping mechanism in place for these situations, whether that's breathing exercises, looking at a picture to visualise being somewhere else or going for a walk. Your bears look super friendly so I'm sure they are a calming influence - thanks for sharing Andrew!
