Not uploading a profile photo is the online equivalent of turning up to a networking event with a balaclava on. Nobody will recognise you!
Does your Linkedin profile have a profile photo, why not ABN? We reccomend a semi-professional profile photo, however if you don't have one to hand, I still reccomend that you upload one of yourself. There are plenty of photographers here on ABN which specialise in headshots if you need a new or updated one.
Some members like to use their company logo as their profile photo, this is fine however one of your face will get you recognised across platforms and at networking events much more. The banner space on your profile page can be used for your company logo, a free 24/7 advert! You'll know from scrolling yourself, that we are less likely to interact with profiles and discussions which have the ghostly 'outlined' profile pictures, it makes us wonder if the account is even active. Therefore, any photo or logo is better than nothing :)
