I work for the Robert Gordon University as a Principal Lecturer in Marketing. I currently co-ordinate our undergraduate Marketing module, and at a postgraduate level I am responsible for both Marketing Strategy and our Professional Skills Enhancement module (which includes placement opportunities for our students). My role also involves me assisting in the teaching team for our postgraduate module Business Marketing and Innovation. Additionally I am a course leader for MSc Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, and, MSc International Marketing.
My previous role in the university was as a Researcher with a focus on areas such as Women's Career Development/HSE/Competency issues in the oil and gas industry. My current research interests lie in the area of consumer psychology, which underpins my part time PhD topic exploring the role of Nostalgia in Fans reaction towards change in Disney theme parks.
