Mental Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace with AndBreathe: Block of 6 sessions where you will be introduced to Mindfulness, EFT/Tapping, 16 Guidelines and other practical strategies to nurture your mental health and wellbeing.
This block is particularly for people who are juggling work and family life at the moment, as we wade our way through the Cov-19 pandemic! If you do have some experience of the above skills, the block will be a good review and refresh. I know that I always benefit from going back to basics!
