  • I think i would prepfer a mix of working from the office and the house, say 3 days in the office one week and 2 days the next etc

As one of my team said the other day, "I didnt buy my house to work in it, so the sooner we get a blended solution, the better"

  • Oh wow thats a high percentage! I personally prefer to be at work, what about you?

    • As I have a home office, working from home is my 'norm' but a good part of day is usually spent face-to-face with clients which I love...so I definitely wouldn't want this set up indefinitely!

  • Same here, Nicky. I liked the combination I has before of office/home/out and about. Enjoing slowly (and safely!) getting back to that again!

    • I'm certainly looking forward to that too Andrew Smith but with the current situation who knows when that will be? 🤔

  • I'm happy working from home but it's that bit harder to interact and get a rappport going when working with new clients.  In an ideal world 2 days in the office, 2 days working from home, and a day off each week!!

    • I totally agree Neil Yeoman that a blended approach would be ideal and would give employees a better work/life balance...and I love the idea of the 4 day week becoming the norm! 😊

  • I think it has really worked well for some people, however there will always be those who can't self-motivate (and that's fine! I think i'm more productive in a office-like space...but prefer being home!)

    • That's true Jessie Crawley some people get their energy,  and motivation, from being around others so need to be in that work environment to perform at their best. However, one of my clients told me the other day that he had been waiting his whole life for this as he's a total introvert and is loving working from home and doesn't need people around him! 😄
