Make sure that your industry/profession is linked to your profile!
What is our advanced search? It's the ability to filter members by industry, so you can find the ideal people to connect with. You can do this via the member directory.
For all recent joiners - you're covered! As we added this option to your sign up details. However if you have been with us a while, you'll need to select the categories which you fit into, in order to appear!

If you feel like none of the categories cover your profession, please let me know so I can adjust the options.
